(More customer reviews)I ordered a Epicurean Presorvac wine pump, which came via K&M Distributors. The unit worked great 3 times and stopped working. When I contacted K&M Distributors they told me they could not help me and suggested I talk to the manufacturer. When I called the Manufacturer they had no idea who K&M Distributors was and told me the unit K&M sold had not been sold to the retail public in over 3 years, and was most likely used. Overall, I was very disappointed in how K&M handled the situation and will never knowlingly order from them again. The unit they sent me was not brand new as advertised by K&M.
